The healing arts are creative practices that promote healing, wellness, coping and personal change. There are many different forms of healing arts and all aim to promote integration of mind, body and soul so that psychological awareness, communication, emotional intelligence and spiritual wellbeing are harmonised and balanced, freeing the individual to strive towards their potential and live life to the fullest. The healing arts can complement medical treatments and also enhance self-expression, self-development and can play a key role in health.

These approaches have been shown to have a positive impact on improving health, coping with illness and supporting individuals to maintain a healthy approach to their relationship with self and other, whilst also striving towards their potential, both personally and professionally.

Personal Philosophy

My professional background is focused on the holistic and integrative health of the individual.

I have always had an interest in physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual wellbeing and healing. It just seemed to be a natural path that I have always gravitated towards and continue to be drawn to embrace. As an adult, entering the world of work and embracing a world of relational contact with others on many different levels, I became more and more aware of how ‘relationship’ with self and other directly impacted one’s body on a physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual level. This led me to consider the significance of living and interacting with self and other from a place of consciousness. Through this awareness I was able to recognise the impact interactions with others had on my body, mentally, spiritually, energetically, emotionally; and consciously work with these elements in order to further integration, inner peace and harmony within my own unique system. As a result, I began to appreciate the importance of holding a conscious awareness of how energy and energy forces interact and impact us all. Learning to understand and respect the Divine Energy Force is vital to experiencing myself, others and the world as something much more than our human bodies and physical environment. It is an opportunity to recognise and feel a connectedness with self and other; and acknowledge that we are all interwoven in the divine web of life.

This realisation supports me to work with Divine Energy from a place of humility and respect, and trust that as a facilitator of healing I can surrender to the Divine Energy that transcends all knowledge, wisdom, knowing and trust it to flow to where it is most needed. Consequently, this experience produces dramatic transformations that are healing on many levels and are subsequently positively life changing.

Services

Vortex Therapy

Vortex Divine Energy Therapy is a transformative healing modality that channels Divine Energy and Consciousness to restore balance across the physical body, chakras, energy fields, and emotional system. It addresses deep-rooted imbalances, promoting physical and emotional healing while awakening one’s true nature. Vortex healing can complement medical treatment but it is NOT an alternative to medical treatment.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses gentle touch or “laying on of hands” to channel spiritually guided life force energy. It aims to reduce stress, enhance relaxation, and support healing across the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. When energy is balanced, individuals feel more aligned, peaceful, and well. Reiki complements medical care but is not a substitute, offering a gentle yet powerful path to holistic wellness.

Crystals

Crystal Healing is an ancient energy therapy that harnesses the natural vibrational properties of crystals and gemstones to promote healing and balance. It supports well-being on physical, emotional, spiritual, psychological, and energetic levels, helping to counteract the stress and demands of modern life, offering lasting benefits in a safe, natural, and holistic way. Crystal therapy complements other therapies and is NOT a substitute for medical care/treatment.

Gut Therapy

Addressing emotional stress: Since the gut is linked to the brain via the gut-brain axis, therapies may include stress reduction, somatic therapy, or emotional release practices.Gut therapy is commonly used to manage issues like IBS, bloating, autoimmune disorders, mood imbalances, skin problems, and fatigue. It complements conventional care and can be deeply transformative when applied holistically.

Face Yoga

Involves exercises that tone and lift facial muscles in areas like the forehead, cheeks, and jawline. Gentle massage improves circulation and reduces puffiness. Deep breathing and relaxation help relieve stress, which can cause facial tension and wrinkles. Consistent practice – typically 10 to 20 minutes daily – is essential for visible results, making it a natural, non-invasive alternative to cosmetic treatments.

Manifestation Coaching

Manifestation coaching is rooted in the Law of Attraction, the idea that like attracts like. It involves shifting limiting beliefs, clarifying goals, and using tools like visualization and affirmations to reinforce desired outcomes. Emotional alignment helps individuals feel as if their goals are already achieved. Coaches also emphasise taking inspired, aligned action, making manifestation an intentional and proactive process – not just wishful thinking.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness: Mindfulness means intentionally focusing on the present moment with full awareness – your breath, surroundings, or thoughts – without judgment. It involves observing experiences with curiosity and acceptance rather than labeling them good or bad. Mindfulness requires deliberate attention, choosing presence over autopilot. Practiced formally (meditation) or informally (daily activities), it reduces stress, improves focus and emotional health, and enhances self-awareness and compassion.

Meditation

Meditation is a practice of focused attention and mindfulness that calms the mind and body. It involves sitting quietly, observing thoughts without judgment, and breathing deeply to enhance awareness. Regular meditation reduces stress, improves concentration, and promotes emotional balance. It helps connect with the present moment, fostering inner peace and relaxation. Many use it to boost mental clarity, creativity, and overall well-being, making it a valuable tool for daily life.

Mindfulness vs. Meditation

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a quality or state of awareness.

Meditation

Meditation is a practice that helps develop mindfulness.
You can be mindful without meditating, and you can meditate to become more mindful.

Energy Wisdom and Sound Therapy

Involve supporting integration within the Human Engery field (HEF) and bathing the body with sound respectively, to bring about realignment with self on a mind-body-soul level.

The human body is surrounded by different layers including the human energy field, meridians and chakras. The energy field vibrates at different frequencies. When we are out of balance and not flowing with our natural rhythm the body experiences dis-ease and disharmony. As a result, sound therapy works with the uniqueness of each individual’s body creating sounds that vibrate with the body on a cellular level, energetic level, interacting with the meridians and different levels of consciousness. Energy wisdom works in a similar way.

Clients enter a deep meditative state which allows your higher self and inner healer to communicate with your body on physical, emotional, mental, ethereal and transcedental levels. This level of interaction promotes homeostasis, the release of emotional blockages, creates healthy emotional patterns, stuck energy is released whilst encouraging our innate desire to vibe at optimal levels of health and wellbeing, thus restoring balance and our natural unique rhythm.

Six consecutive sessions are recommended followed by monthly or 6 weekly maintenance session.
